BD·RANK uses the minimum account, submission, vote, report and analytics data needed to operate the reviewed community leaderboard.
Submissions
We store business details, destination, review status and audit timestamps. Signed-in submissions use an account ID; anonymous submissions use a one-way hashed client identity.
Safety
Reports store a pseudonymous reporter identifier, reason, optional details, automated flags and reviewer action.
Analytics
Analytics loads only after consent. Vemetric and GA4 support operational and product measurement.
YOUR CONTROL
Public support, private identity.
Supporter identifiers are not displayed publicly.
Removing an upvote deletes that active vote record.
Business destinations are public only after admin approval.
Use the report flow for unsafe listings or links. Administrative and legal retention needs may require preserving review records.
